Block Seating Guidelines:
Why you should sit in our block:
- Block seating is more fun than going to the games by yourself or with just a couple of friends
- By sitting/standing with the triathlon club in our block you'll get to know a great group of people better
- Those of you who are freshman, by sitting in our block you are far more likely to get better seats for the games - and you don't have to wait in line for them!
- Everyone: you don't have to wait in line for tickets!
How it works:
- You enter your name and CUID# above to let me know that you would like to sit with our block. The deadline for me to submit the block is 10pm on the Tuesday two weeks prior to the game (i.e. 11 days before home games) so you must let me know by then for the coming game!
- For subsequent games, you will be kept on the block unless you request to be removed.
- If you are removed from the block, I may or may not be able to re-add you, and you may or may not be able to switch to another group's block. At the meeting they sounded black & white on those, but last year it wasn't entirely the case and they haven't changed the system.
- If you are listed in our block when I submit it then you cannot and should not use other means to attain a ticket - you don't need to and you won't be able to.
Eligible Students for the Block:
- All full time students (taking 12+ credit hours), as well as graduate students with assistantships, not already on another group's block, are eligible.
- Graduate students that do not fit the above criteria may purchase a season graduate ticket at the ticket office, and will then be able to sit on the block (let me know this)
- Date tickets (for non-students) may be purchased for individual games, add to the comment section in the form if you have a question about it or email me at nsykes@clemson.edu.
Where we sit:
- I don't know exactly where we will sit for each game however, as mentioned above, especially for freshmen, it is to your advantage to sit with us because we will be in the lower level some (hopefully most) of the time.
- The inside scoop is that we will have no more than 3 games in the upper deck, and will be guaranteed to be in the lower deck for one of the games vs. Auburn or FSU.
To summarize, or for those who didn't read much and skipped to the bottom:
If you want to be in our block of seats (i.e. the best block in the stadium because the tri team is the best bunch of people you'll ever meet) then you must submit this form ASAP.
